PROCESSING TIME
Every Mighty Bag is packed fresh to order — many of them live on TikTok! Orders are typically packed and shipped within 1–3 business days. During big drops or live-sale nights, allow an extra day or two.
You'll get a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.
SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY
We currently ship within Canada only.

Delivery usually takes 2–3 business days after your order ships, depending on where you are. Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees — carriers occasionally run behind, especially around holidays.
FRESHNESS & PACKAGING
Freeze-dried snacks are shelf-stable and travel well — no melting, no spoiling. Each bag is sealed for maximum crunch. If your order arrives damaged or opened, take a photo and email us at info@mightycrunch.com within 7 days and we'll send a replacement.
WRONG ADDRESS?
Double-check your shipping address at checkout! If you spot a mistake, contact us ASAP at info@mightycrunch.com — we can fix it if the order hasn't shipped yet. We're not able to replace or refund orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
If tracking shows your package as delivered but it's nowhere to be found, first check with neighbours and your local carrier. Still missing after 48 hours? Email us and we'll help you sort it out with the carrier.
