Welcome to Mighty Crunch! By using our website and placing an order, you agree to the terms below. They're mostly common sense, but here's the fine print.
1. OUR PRODUCTS
Mighty Crunch sells freeze-dried fruit and vegetable snacks, including custom "Build Your Bag" orders assembled to your selections. Product images are for illustration — natural products vary slightly in colour, shape, and size (that's the fun of real fruit and veg).
2. ALLERGY & FOOD INFORMATION
Our products are made from real fruit and vegetables and may be prepared in a facility that also handles other ingredients (including dairy in our yogurt items). Always check the ingredient list on your package. If you have a food allergy, please contact us before ordering at info@mightycrunch.com. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, or prevent any medical condition.
3. ORDERS & PAYMENT
All prices are listed in CAD and may change at any time. Promotional pricing (like our TikTok Special) applies only while active and can't be applied retroactively. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example, suspected fraud or pricing errors — with a full refund of anything charged.
4. ALL SALES FINAL
Because our snacks are perishable food items and each bag is custom-built, all sales are final. See our Return & Refund Policy for full details, including how we handle damaged or incorrect orders.
5. SHIPPING
See our Shipping Policy for processing times, rates, and delivery details. Risk of loss passes to you once the package is handed to the carrier, but we'll always help sort out lost or damaged shipments.
6. TIKTOK LIVE & PROMOTIONS
We regularly sell and pack orders live on TikTok. By placing an order, you understand your order (never your personal details) may be packed on camera. Giveaway and prize promotions have their own rules announced at the time of the promotion and are not sponsored by TikTok.
7. WEBSITE USE
Don't misuse the site: no scraping, hacking, reselling access, or using our content (photos, artwork, brand assets) without permission. All content on this site is owned by Mighty Crunch.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mighty Crunch's liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
9. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page applies to your order at the time you place it.
